SSS Engineering was incorporated in the year 1998, Pioneer in Manufacturing and Supply of High Pressure die castings and Precision Turn Turn-Mill Components,in the one of the biggest asian industrial belt Peenya,Bangalore,India a major Industrial hub for Automotive (Toyota),Electrial(ABB),Software (Infosys) etc.

We manufacture High Pressure die castings using latest foundry technologies and High Precision CNC Turn and Turn-Mill components by using maximum number of live tools out of Bar stock, Forgings, Castings, Extrusion with Material such as Steel, Alloy Steel, Aluminium, Brass,Copper,Delrin,Teflon etc. with precision of 1-5 Micron.

Present capacity with Four Turning centres and Four turn mill centres working 24X7, manufacturing precision components to various types of industries like Automotive ( Brake piston ),Bicycle & sky motorbikes ( shock absorber),Medical ( Microscopes),Defense ( Binoculars),Hydraulics (pipe fittings),Motion ( ball screws)and components of any profile as per customer needs.
